Loyalty Program on Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club rewards returning guests with exclusive perks, personalized service and onboard privileges that enhance every sailing. Guests must enroll in the program after their first completed cruise to begin earning benefits, which increase in value with continued travel.

Earning Points

Captain’s Club members earn points based on the stateroom category and the number of nights sailed. The higher the category, the faster the point accumulation. Members earn 2 points per night for Inside or Ocean View staterooms, 3 points per night for Veranda staterooms, 5 points per night for Concierge Class and AquaClass accommodations, 8 points per night for Sky Suites, and between 12 and 18 points per night for Royal Suites and higher.

Tier Levels

Captain’s Club tier status is determined by the total number of points a guest has accumulated over time. Each tier unlocks a progressively richer set of benefits, offering enhanced services, added conveniences and exclusive perks as members sail more frequently with Celebrity Cruises:

• Classic (2–149 points): Exclusive Captain’s Club welcome event, one complimentary scoop of gelato, 10% discount on Wi-Fi package or Wi-Fi upgrade and a 10% discount on Classic or Premium Drink Package or upgrade (pre-cruise only).
• Select (150–299 points): All Classic benefits plus 25% discount on Wi-Fi Package or Wi-Fi upgrade, one standard bag of laundry at discounted price and a 10% discount at The Spa.
• Elite (300–749 points): All Select benefits plus exclusive daily continental breakfast, evening cocktail hour daily, 30% discount on Wi-Fi package or Wi-Fi upgrade, 15% discount on Classic or Premium Drink Package or upgrade (pre-cruise only) and one complimentary bag of laundry (wash, dry, fold) on every sailing.
• Elite Plus (750–2,999 points): All Elite benefits plus two complimentary bags of laundry, 15% discount on specialty dining cover charge, 35% discount on Wi-Fi Package or Wi-Fi upgrade, and a 20% discount on Classic or Premium Drink Package or upgrade (pre-cruise only)
• Zenith (3,000+ points): All Elite Plus benefits plus access to The Retreat Lounge/Michael’s Club, complimentary 7-night Caribbean or Bermuda cruise (in a Veranda stateroom only), 25% discount on Specialty Dining cover charge, complimentary Laundry, complimentary Premium Drink Package and complimentary Premium Wi-Fi.

Program Structure

Captain’s Club is free to join and easy to maintain. Once earned, points never expire, allowing guests to steadily build their status over time. Members can view their point totals and upcoming benefits through the Celebrity Cruises app or online account. Additionally, Celebrity honors cross-brand loyalty through Royal Caribbean Group, offering status matches with Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society and Silversea’s Venetian Society.
