Deposit Requirements
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount can vary depending on offers/promotions, but for cruises of 1–5 nights, the deposit is $100 per person; for 6–9 nights, it’s $250 per person; and for 10 nights or longer, including Grand Voyages, it’s $600 per person. Final Payment
Final payment is due 90 days before departure for most cruises or 120 days for Grand Voyages and cruises of 25 nights or more. If booking after these deadlines, full payment is required upfront. This schedule helps guests plan their budget with clear timelines.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before the final payment due date incur no penalty, and deposits are fully refunded. After the final payment date, penalties apply based on the cancellation timing: for 6-25 night cruises, deposit from 89–83 days prior, 50% from 82–46 days, and 100% within 46 days; for 25-night cruises, deposit from 119–113 days, 50% from 112–76 days, and 100% within 75 days. No refunds are issued for cancellations after departure.
